96.2fm Revolution Radio operates under a licence from Ofcom which, as media regulator, enforces the Communications Act (2003). One of the key requirements of all commercial broadcasters is that programmes are not distorted for commercial purposes and broadcasters maintain editorial independence. The Ofcom Code requires the advertising and programme elements of a service to be clearly separated. It must be understood that 'Big Al at YOUR Place' is a non-commercial editorial feature.

A GREAT WAY OF GETTING YOUR BUSIINESS 'FRONT OF MIND':

'Big Al at YOUR Place' is NOT a commercial initiative. Offers, prices, etc. cannot be included. Instead Al is looking for interesting and 'quirky' angles of your business to talk about which will resonate with our listeners. This is a programming-led feature but there are huge PR opportunities to be exploited.

'Big Al' will talk to you and your nominated representative about:

 

·         Your business and what you do;

·         Your people;

·         He will also give your team the opportunity to select some of the music in the hour.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

'Big Al' will arrive at your premises at an agreed time. He will 'press the flesh' with your employees, put them at their ease, then record 5-6 pieces which will be played-in to his show 'as live' between 2 and 3pm on an agreed date.
